One more week on 2N. Plans are in motion for discharge on Wednesday the 20th. Kate had a really great therapy day and I just wanted to share how happy she was when Daphne one of the pet therapy dogs came to visit during her Occupational Therapy session. What a beautiful smile! The tape on her neck is called kineseo tape it is used to help make her more aware of the muscles in her neck and allows for more support and stability, this is used to encourage her to hold her head up.

Kate –
As always I am thinking about you! I can’t believe this day is here!!!
I am so excited to see where this next chapter brings you. I know God only gives you what you can handle. You are fragile – but every step you make is a step in the right direction. You are right where you are meant to be in this process.
YOU WILL WIN!!! There will continue to be a lot of hard days ahead… but YOU WILL WIN!!!
The love of God, your family and all of your “fans” will continue to help you climb.
You still have lots of prayers coming from WA state. Keep Climbing!!!!
Love, Hugs & Kisses,
Aunt Patti, Uncle Seth & Owen
