Oh the anticipation, as we prepare to FINALLY bring Katlyn home. We are waiting on General Surgery as they are running on “indian time”, they were suppose to be here at 11:oo for a minor procedure before we take her home. It has been exactly 8 months to the day that put her here but maybe now we can associate the date with the day that Kate finally made it home.

Kate, we are soooo glad you are home.!!! what a nice birthday present for your dad . Happy birthday Keith!!! glad your transition home went well. Keep everyone laughing Kate.

Hey, Kate! I bet it was AWESOME to finally sleep in your own house and not hear all those annoying noises/alarms, have all those crazy nurses poking at you all night, be able to have visitors of any age at any time you want, etc.! I hope Mom let you sleep in today!
I am so happy for you and all of your family. I know it has been a very long 8 months, but I think it is now on to bigger and better things! You stay strong…keep your Mom and Dad strong…and keep climbing! Never lose faith that YOU WILL WIN!!
